Staff extremely kind and helpful, very clean, stunning grounds, walkable to everything in Sintra. If you are driving the parking is so easy and spacious. This was our favourite stay in Portugal. "

The change we noticed was the hotel desk staff sat all day and were not helpful at all. They actually watched us struggling with our bags and never moved or offered assistance. Upon check-in the same thing happened, we had to ask if they could help us with our bags. "
