"Apartment unit - broken glass on kitchen floor. Food particles on floor. Dirty refrigerator. Heavy black mold in bathroom shower. Building - food and garbage in stairwell and landings. Area - Very dodgy. Had abandoned and derelict cars in parking lot. All ground floor windows had metal security bars on all three buildings. We left the unit after 15 minutes and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express instead. "

"This is an excellent property - spacious, well equipped, in a central location in modern Sintra, not far from the historic area. The kitchen, dining room, bedroom and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a sitting room and a larger bathroom. The stairs are steep, so we used only the ground floor, which was fine for our needs. "Cute little unit located in an authentic neighbourhood and within walking distance to the train, buses and Old Town. Great jumping off location to hike to, or catch transportation to, all the key sights of the area. Unit could be brought up a level by providing basics such as an egg flipper, paring knife and toaster. Great for individuals simply wanting a place to sleep as couches were horrendous."

"Not one room without a spectacular view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Largest pool I can remember seeing and easy access down to the beach. Both the casual restaurant and dinner were lovely. Breakfast each day, which we had included, was a great way to ease into a pool day. Rooms were comfy and the private balcony a treat. Can’t wait to return."

"The hotel and staff was outstanding , very helpful and extremely family oriented. The breakfast was good with the hours was very generous. Everything we ask and requested was given with smiles. There was markets, restaurants and the pena palace was not too far from the hotel. The only issue we had was the A/C which was immediately addressed within minutes after talking to the hotel manager. Overall this hotel gets an outstanding approval rating from me and my family and recommend those with or without family stay at this hotel."
