"I normally don’t do reviews if it does not impress that much but the place is top tier (from the overview of the place, food and all the way down to drinks)! I recommend Davino (very fancy and mouth watering food, gotta check it out) and La Casona (the best rib eye steak ever)! Look for the bartender name Adrian, he makes the best drinks ever! Ask him for a surprise drink, he for sure knows what he’s doing. Best bartender! Also Carlos, at the front desk, was super attentive and hospitable. We booked 4 rooms total for the family and 2/4 rooms had a problem with the washer/dryer and he took it seriously. Other than that, everything else was working great. Well, compared to the rest of the hotels, they got the best service ever! Staff were super friendly. 4 Diamond hotel indeed! The only one thing I noticed is there is not many things to do at night (that is if you are looking for evening entertainments and night clubs) but in the morning they do have activities like beach volley, kayaking, snorkeling. So I’d say it’s great for family with kids and if you want a much laid back hotel this is the place to stay for relaxation. Also, if you are not into presentation (time-shares or investments), please SAY NO right away as they will try to lure you with promotions like a big discount for excursions and they will say something like they only wanted to let you see the sister company (hotel mousai and garza blanca) so you can book for your next visit, almost ruined our stay. "

"This is a stunning resort! Each time I return, it gets even better. I always feel like family here and so safe. I highly recommend booking excursions with Ben, who is located on the private beach; he is trustworthy and reliable. I can't wait to return! Es un resort impresionante! "My wife and I spent five glorious days at this all inclusive, adults only resort. The treatment we received was unlike anything we experienced before. Simply put, the staff at this resort is amazing. Add to it the pristine beach, the excellent food and the Casitas with private pool, we place this resort at the top of our list, and look forward to a return visit."

"Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible…. Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday. If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars . Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam they break them down $5 a piece and you can only use it for the spa so you have to spend hundreds to get 5 or 10 off. The place was an actual joke. Had to order dominoes twice and leave the resort 3 times to eat dinner because it’s so nasty and unorganized. My family hated our trip. Spent over 8k on 5 nights is crazy."

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."
