"Amazing staff! From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!"

The only small issue was the smell in the room, which felt a bit closed up, possibly a slight musty odor, and a bit strong at first. However, we left the balcony door open and it improved."

"Perfect stay, set in a fantastic location with transport options a few meters away. The room was lovely and clean, check in was faultless. Fresh breakfast and availability. The owners were both lovely. If I visit the area again I would definitely be staying here."

"How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. The location is ideal easy to walk to charming ann Capri and the shuttle service and local transport helps with other places. We utilized the convenient the pick up and drop off shuttle service. Eat breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant too. The little cave like steam room was so cute. The hotel is well managed, and we hope to return someday."
