From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!"

Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. "We loved the hotel, especially the service — we were very well received and felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. The only small issue was the smell in the room, which felt a bit closed up, possibly a slight musty odor, and a bit strong at first. However, we left the balcony door open and it improved."

"We had the ocean suite. It was worth it. Great views of the ocean. Tons of space, two bathrooms and absolute tranquility. The property is beautiful and well kept bye staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is great and although the pool was cold it was still tons of fun. Sitting on the lounge chairs having drinks while the kids swam was awesome 100/10"

"Beautiful hotel with superb hosts. Our receptionist was an absolute delight, very friendly and super helpful. Just a shame that we missed out on the centre of Caprì being fully open for the start of the Easter holidays. We had to cut our stay short due to ferry travel disruptions which would have had an impact on our onward travel, however the time we had on the island was really enjoyable. Highlights were the views from Villa Jovis and the Gardens of Augustus. Restaurant Panorama was fantastic. "
