Awesome stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Emanuele & Luigi were awesome, friendly & extremely helpful! It was located in walking distance of a beautiful piazza, shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Best location, close to the center/port, attractions and restaurants. We used this as a base for traveling to Positano, Capri, etc. The hotel and room was very clean, housekeeping tidied up our space everyday. Luigi, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you Luigi! Breakfast was great as well, the staff are very kind.

Great hotel, location and host.

Perfect boutique style hotel in the middle of everything. The fact that is family owned makes it even more special. The breakfast buffet was great and the room had all the amenities, plus a balcony. Luigi was great and made sure you’re not missing anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic little hole in the wall off of the beaten path in the middle of town. Super cute boutique hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Luigi was incredibly attentive - always asking for feedback and providing personal recommendations which made our trip pure perfection! Highly recommend!

First, the location is just so convenient to all the restaurants, shopping stores and meetings for all the excursions. It’s all just minutes away. Reccomended stay

The stay at Sorrento Flats could not be better! We stayed for 5 nights, and mostly used to hotel for sleeping, showers and storing of luggage. The hotel is located at the perfect place in the city, with short distances to everything you could want to explore while in Sorrento. Luigi was also really helpful with recommending everything from places to eat, the best beach club, and airport transport to/from. Really recommend staying here!

Sorrento Flats made our vacation in Italy fantastic! Luigi and his staff greeted us, gave us assistance whenever we needed it, and had great recommendations on what to visit. The hotel is clean, conformable, safe, well furnished, and conveniently located. The breakfast is really good with pastries, coffee made to order, fresh fruit, and many other items available for guest. I can't say enough about Luigi and his staff. They made us feel feel very welcome and helped coordinate transportation and other activities. The location is in the center of Sorrento, offering numerous dining and shopping options. Next time we are in Sorrento we hope to stay again at Sorrento Flats.

Nice big room, but there is one problem it is 3rd floor, no elevator .I didn’t know that when I booked, very difficult to go up with luggage. Location is the center city close to everything.
