The property is beautiful, clean and modern. The service wasn't the best except for Yesica at the preferred pool service which she was WONDERFUL! It would help if we were provide a map of the property at check in so you can know where things are. We were really surprised that there was a 4th of July celebration and it was super nice! The whole resort is beautiful and staff is friendly and quick to help. Of particular fun was the entertainment staff, namely Mayra and the rest of the dance team. Mayra made it super easy to join in the fun, even for reluctant guests. She is a great dancer but her true skill is involving the guests in the fun. She gets a 10 out of 10 and we can’t wait to come see her again. The food was delicious. We tried at least 1 of everything at the 3 restaurants we visited. The chefs were amazing and the waiters provided excellent service.

Everything was great just wish they had better food options and more Dominican food! Pastellitos or empanadas woulda been perfect. Outside of that the hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing!
