"You get what you pay for. There were a little bit of roaches crawling around the main lobby and by the elevator. One of the buffets smelled like raw sewage specially by the entrance. But other than that i mean it was a good stay. We had a really good time and we enjoyed our stay there."

"My over all experience was okay but I did have some issues. First off my rooms air conditioning was rattling loudly, it made it difficult to keep it on at night so I had to keep it on during the day when I wasn't in the room and turn it off at night to sleep well. Second, the pool closing at 6pm is terrible. It should be lit up and open till at least 9pm. This should especially apply to those who reserved a room with a swim up. Third, the food quality at the buffet wasn't all that great, was expecting higher quality food. Also there was a shocking lack of Dominican food for a resort located in the Dominican Republic. Fourth, one of the restaurants, specifically the steakhouse took over an hour to prepare the meals for my table. We were sitting there watching other people get their food first when they showed up after us. That's terrible. The food was great but man we shouldn't have to wait over an hour for food. Other than that, the staff was great and attentive, the amenities were great, the resort and rooms were clean and it was peaceful. The entertainment was nice, a lot of activities to do."

"El cuarto estaba limpio parcialmente, llegando nos encontramos con una cajetilla de cigarillos bajo la cama (mi hija le dio con el pie al pararse frente a la cama) la puerta que da acceso a la parte del jardín (primer piso) no tiene seguro solo un pasador el cual tenían acceso desde afuera para sacarlo. El personal todos bien atentos sacando la que trabaja en Mikes que esta embarazada (posiblemente las hormonas). La app para reservar abre a las 730 pero ya a las 731 esta todo lleno, gracias al guest services que nos ayudó a reservar. Las comidas en los restaurantes buena siendo la mexicana y el bodegón las que mas nos gustó (las comidas se la doy por encima de otros hoteles que hay. bar de piscinas ok, bowling muy bien pero cambiaría al guest por la señora rubia del pelito corto por que la verdad tiene un carisma brutal enciendan esa musica y ofrescan las otras opciones que hay en esa area, nunca las prendieron, arco y flecha no sirvio en ningun momento de mi estancia, entretenimiento jugar bingo, el blue team le doy un 4 por que la verdad no había opciones comparando con otros hoteles del área. Resaltó la chica de los helados al lado del casino 10/10 OJO... El supuesto taxi del hotel segun los guardias del lobby tube que usarlo por menos de 20 minutos, en realidad todavia no se si era del hotel pero me pidió $30 dolares. Si es privado, no digan que el hotel lo brinda para sus huéspedes, estoy seguro que era mejor saberlo antes"
