"Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. Would not hesitate to recommend & hope to come back again."

"A great chalet located next to Sherpa supermarket and a short walk to the centre of Chatel with all the cafes, restaurants, bakeries and Super Chatel ski lift. The chalet is very clean, well equipped (washing machine a bonus) and warm. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. The welcome gifts are a nice touch. Will definately recommend."

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"Instruction manuals very handy as were the few bits and bobs in the cupboards like foil and salt, plenty of loo roll and cleaning products. Lovely apartment. Loo function issue attended to immediately. Dishwasher instructions / salt / rinse aid could do with being provided. Thought the master bedroom bed was a bit chilly against the window. Other than that, can't fault it! Host very responsive to messages. Would recommend!!"

"Daniel operates a good apartment. It has convenient parking in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment is clean, well supplied with amenities, and has all the conveniences. He came to meet me within 5 mins. of my call, showed us the place and explained everything. He also spent time introducing local restaurants and points of interest. A genuine good host, he makes sure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. "

"Duplex apartment was exactly as described. The layout was very well thought out and worked well. It was just 4 of us staying - parents and adult children. Plenty of space in the living area with log burner - we used it in April and had to open the windows as it was too effective! The kitchen/ dining area had everything and plenty of it. Great shower with lots of hot water, the bath upstairs was underneath a large Velux window so the beautiful starry night sky was easily visible. We couldn't...

"The property was so beautiful, we felt we were living a dream. Our portion of the house (the lower level) showed considerable attention to detail and was extremely well-supplied. We spent hours on the patio overlooking the steep hillside, the lake, and the mountains. Absolutely wonderful!"

"Location très bien placée proche de la gare et des départs de bus pour visiter la région. Pour faire les courses grande surface et boulangerie à côté. Seul point négatif le volume du frigo, il est beaucoup trop petit pour deux donc pour un couple avec deux enfants c' est quasiment impossible de prévoir pour deux jours de courses."

"We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and would highly recommend it to others. Estelle and Mark are so friendly and helpful (and we really enjoyed meeting their dog too). The apartment is in such a peaceful and pretty location with views of the mountains from the windows. It was a 4min drive to the bus stop to go skiing or about 15min drive to Morzine. We also walked into the local town for a drink and pizza which was about 30mins walk (perhaps a bit longer uphill on the way back!). The...

"Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie "
