Recently refurbished two new swimming pools, refurbished rooms, clean throughout the resort, excellent value for money.

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

Very friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, great bar and pool

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

Very impressive experiences in Ambong Ambong. It is a very special hotel on a hill, small but comfortable. We lived in room s3, the one on top, with great ocean view. Every morning, we were waken up either by thoes fighting monkeys on roof top of our room, or by the shower rain hotting the roof top. It is a kind of feel that is far away from big modern cities, relaxable. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. I would like to thank them again here.

The property was lovely and very clean. Staff were generally good , security , waiters, drivers and cleaners were great , the front desk staff could improve manners and communication.

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

One of the best hotels in Asia. Definitely 5* The staff are very attentive and accommodating. Fendi at reception was great! The views were breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful friendly staff. Perfect for a relaxing few days. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Seaview suite was very spacious and comfortable.

We had never been to Malaysia before and didn't really know what to expect. This place was one of the best on cenang beach and so close to all the restaurants and pubs. Wonderful rooms and great breakfast! If you want to stay on cenang beach, this hotel is a must!

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 4 days. Service was impeccable and staff go out of their way to keep you in comfort. Food was excellent.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff cant do enough for you! Very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little expensive in the resort, but i suppose thats to be expected. A can of drink from the mini bar was 18 ringett and the shop down the road sold them for 1.70. However i will be going back there for sure! Great holiday.
