The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!!
