"Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. "

"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"It was my second time staying at this hotel. I returned this year because I enjoyed my stay before. Bicycles are available. Safe and secure location. I believe the rooms were once apartments that were converted into hotel rooms, so they are spacious, they have a kitchenette and a very sturdy door. The hotel staff is very nice. Great communication."

"I had a wonderful stay while attending a conference. The staff were all professional, warm, friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were all very modern although the building and decor feel charmingly historic."

"Stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen show. Easy walking distance from train station. Comfortable and clean room with little kitchenette and dining table. Best part was the Ego Lounge next door which stayed open late post show. Also, the coin operated washer-dryer came in handy after the muddy field conditions at the show. A winning space."

"We did not realize when booking that the residence is separate from the hotel, it is really individual apartments, but when we tried to check in at he hotel they quickly realized and called the person who took us to the apartment. The apt was very well-equipped with a small kitchen, bathroom on each level and nice balcony overlooking the golf course. "Everything was quite fine, the apartment , the silence of the surround, the comfortable parking, cleanlines. The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom). Breakfast was too much "simple" and made of "industrial"/"supermarket" products. The TV set was too small (and away) from the bed (in bedroom room) "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "
