"Lovely apartment, very nice & modern inside and comfortable, with amazing views from the deck. Very responsive and helpful host. It's definitely a steep uphill hike to get from the town to the apartment, but that's the price you pay for the view! Can also take a taxi from the town to the apartment for about 15-20 euros (just make sure they drop you off at the right place, it's further up the hill from the lower B&B il Parco units). Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this...

"Property was fabulous, excelent job with the conversion, perfect distance from La Spezia to catch trains to Cinque Terra .there were 7 family members including 2 under 3 , and everyone loved the house. Would be better served with AC and or ceiling fans but apart from that it was more than we could have hoped for.Thanks Serena for guiding us thru the whole process."

Er hat einen Freund geschickt, dessen Erklärungen wir leider nicht folgen konnten, da er weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach und wir leider kein Italienisch sprechen. Wenn ich während des Aufenthaltes mal eine Frage hatte, hat Giorgio auch zeitnah geantwortet. Ich bin erstmal mit dem Staubsauger durch das Haus, vor allem die Spinnweben samt Bewohnern habe (außer im Treppenaufgang) ich entfernt. Im Haus war ein merkwürdiger modriger Geruch,...
