I love that this property is the only large hotel on this side of the island. Long beach is stunning and you can walk out 3/4 of a mile is waist deep water. The staff were soooo incredibly friendly and helpful. Little gifts like a candle md chocolates left in the room made a big welcome

I brought my daughter to this hotel for a mommy/daughter trip. I was excited as it would be our first time on the Island. I want to start by saying this hotel has wonderful ratings and that is why I booked it for us over the competitors. The staff looks and acts like they are miserable. No one but the guy that greets you upon arrival, housekeeping and Sharlene over at the gift shop gave us a nice smile. The food is ridiculously overpriced. Not that I mind paying but the food takes long to be served and it’s mediocre. I sat on the beach for hours without not a single person offering me water/ food etc. The property is beautiful but needs to be managed better.

We had an incredible stay The Shore Club had something for the entire family and our 3 year old can’t stop talking about it It was my wife and my 10 year anniversary and we had one of the best trips we can remember Thank you, Expedia for making the booking process so easy and for bringing us to this paradise resort!

This property was breathtaking. Loved all the amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately the staff wasn’t up to par as they didn’t see to cater much to me and wife during our time there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthday. The hotel was told of these 2 occasions prior to our stay there but made NO effort to welcome us with a proper getting regarding our celebratory moment nor did they acknowledge it throughout the stay. We also never got a tour of the hotel upon arrival but noticed other guests getting the preferential treatment upon their arrival. All in all, it was a nice time there and the hotel is a beauty.

Expedia offers zero service/support. We were unable to travel last minute due to covid and expedia made the process of requesting refund/credit extremely difficult. Expedia never provided clear updates and would not call me during the times I requested. It was not until I contested the charges through my credit card that I finally received a refund. I will never use Expedia again.

Ridiculously Overpriced. Food was mediocre and very unhealthy. Wifi was not working well and lights went out. Only thing good was the water. Staff was unfriendly .

The property was clean. The staff was nice, the beach is nice, I didn’t try any of the restaurants on the property due to mixed reviews, however the breakfast was decent. Reasons why I opted for 4 stars is because I couldn’t give it a 3 1/2 stars. The building our room resided in had a moldy smell, smelling mold on a vacation is a turn off, a restaurant with an ocean view on the property would have been a plus as well. Although everything else went great, my next visit will be a Villa!

Great Resort. There is no need to ever leave to property. It has the best dining, beach and pools. Transit is in “island time” so expect taxi and shuttle delays if you leave. Otherwise it’s just paradise.

We loved our stay at the Shore Club. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful. The water is more shallow on this side of the island, and its definitely more windy, but I found that helpful with the heat so it was never too humid or hot. Food was great, complimentary breakfast options were great. Large room service menu as well. Plenty of coffee and tea in the room and by the pool in the mornings. My only complaint was the strong mold smell coming from the AC/vents in our room, I didn't ask for a room change bc we were already settled but i dont think it would have made a difference as the entrance to our rooms unit also had this smell so i dont think it was just our room. Otherwise everything was perfect. They offer free shuttle to sister sites the palms and sads which are walking distance from the salt mills/little town/shopping area which has more restaurants and cafes. Would def recommend this property if youre looking for a beautiful stay with great amenities and food options. The beach is smaller than the palms and tge water more wavy but that did not bother me still had a great time swimming

Just when I thought Turks couldn't get better, it did. The Shore Club is sexy, sophisticated, classy, laid back all in one, and wrapped with a bow. If you are looking for a nice romantic getaway or a family vacay this is the place to be! You wont regret it, TRUST ME!

Great property, below average service
Decent stay overall. The property and accommodations are beautiful. The property is beachfront so we watched people kite surfing much of the day. While nice, the beach was not as nice as Grace Bay. The many pools were terrific. The service was consistently lacking for a resort of this level. To sum it up, the staff can be more attentive to guests. This includes check-in, pool/beach service, breakfast, and dinner. Also, we observed many of the cleaning staff to be arguing/gossiping in the hallways right outside our rooms. I think all of this is a systemic training issue that is hopefully addressed.

My wife and I stayed at The Shore Club for our anniversary and it was incredible. The resort is small enough where it feels intimate and has plenty of amenities including multiple restaurants, 3 pools, spa, excellent beach setup and pristine waters. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
