"The pool/ spa area was a waterpark for kids (so we did not even bother to get in), the lifts take approximately 4 minute wait each trip (not even kidding), the aircon does not cool the room (it is winter and colder outside…), there are so many lights/ flashing lights so I had to unplug electrical items to make the room dark, water pressure is terrible (by the time the bath filled the water was already cold) and the ‘king’ bed is just two singles pushed together."

We had to leave the ship by 8:15 am and although there were no rooms available when we checked in, they were able to give us our rooms by 11:30 am.
