I liked the location but I did not like the hotel for the price that I paid. Now, it is true that I paid for my hotel last minute. I would have been content with paying half the price for my stay. Also, the room that my husband and I stayed in was so dark and so small and the rugs were dirty (or they looked dirty) and it also smelled dusty.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar and restaurant were exceptional. The rooms and hotel clean and modern. The bed was scrumptious. The hotel really made our stay in Vienna amazing.

Hotel is modern and clean. Location is close to tourists sites, but hidden from crowds. Public transport is easily accessible. Lots of local shops, cafes, and small, quiet bars nearby.

This is an excellent place to stay in Prague! The staff was so kind and helpful and one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in the city! The workout room is a little small, but who works out when you can walk all around this fabulous city!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent to public transportation and to the city center. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the addition of the free minibar in the room; that was a pleasant surprise. They also had parking on-site at a fee. The staff were pleasant and helpful as well. The best thing about this hotel, though, is their BREAKFAST! It was fantastic. We had been traveling all over Europe; this was by far the best breakfast at any hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

very clean and smart hotel, breakfast/dining very cosy and nice. room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were all very nice. they even left a treat in our room for our anniversary.

Very helpful and friendly staff, within walking distance to the old town, with blots of attractions. Didnā€™t like that there was no slippers and bathrobe in the room.

We found the front desk staff very nice and helpful. We also liked the breakfast with so much varieties. The location is close to everything. It's absolutely convenient. We would recommend this hotel to our friends for their visits to Prague.

Really lovely hotel. Great restaurants close by and a fantastic cocktail bar across the road! Check in was good. However, weā€™d booked a twin room but got a double room. When I called reception, it was a point blank no to twin room availability. I decided to go to reception and speak to the lad who checked us in and he managed to sort this out for us!
