"This property had a very convenient location. The staff seemed a bit unsocial/unbothered when I first checked in and collected packages delivered. As if I was a bother to them. The breakfast was average however was disappointed no bacon was on the buffet or yogurts. The rooms were a bit small which I was surprised. I was in a joint room which the hall that separated the rooms didn’t have much space to properly open the door. l also didn’t have much walking space in the room. The room however was clean and I would definitely prefer the cleaning everyday. "

"Location is awesome if you’re looking for convenience to subways, central park, broadway shows and going out. Room was tiny, warm, ac did not work properly and neither did tv. Elevators constantly busy and full. Overall not great if you’re staying in however perfect for just going to bed and enjoying the city. "

"Room as nice and clean. Bathroom fine. Would have appreciated coffee maker, if not in room at least in the lobby. And being on very top (12th) floor, with slow elevators, was inconvenient. Wasted significant time getting up & down from my room. Next time I will request room not so high up, and with a window with view of street or anything more interesting that outdoor area between walls. "
