"The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. Attention management *** please explain to guests what is a welcome drink,...

"El baño tenía humedades en las paredes, la cisterna del wc no paraba de sonar, por lo que dormir se hacía algo complicado. Las señoras de la limpieza se dejaron un estropajo debajo de la cama y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba negra de humedad.La ubicación es muy buena y la cama muy cómoda, la calefacción funciona perfectamente, pero el baño..... Muy mejorable.La comunicación con el responsable algo lenta pero eficaz.Entiendo que resolverán los problemas en el baño, así los siguientes huéspedes...
