"Right top kitchen cupboard door needs fixing as it all most fell off each time we opened it. Only had 2 coffee cups for a 3 bedroom apartment was strange and no wine glasses only for champagne. Main bedroom very noisy couldn’t work out what it was, sounded like an air conditioner noise but the aircon wasn’t on. Apartment clean and tidy and really comfortable and good of street parking. A very quite neighbourhood close to the shops and the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again."

"My family loved this hotel, our room (for 4) was spacious and spotless clean. Parking on the site was very easy, and spots available at any time. I appreciate hotel gave us a higher floor room per our request, that makes us more happier. The swimming pool facility and spa (not part of the hotel, but can be used by the hotel guests) looks amazing and we were unlucky we did not try it. The hotel location is also very convenient, you have Woolworths and local shops 2 min away by foot. We will...

"The hotel is quite new and modern. The reception staff was friendly and offered kids ice cream vouchers. However, the amount the hotel charged was not the same as the amount we booked through Hotel.com. Also we paid $20 for the parking, but the system asked us to pay fees when we left. It took a short period and several try in communicating with them before we were finally good to go."
