The Space: The 3 -level townhouse features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.
Ground level: A secured garage parks 1 car, a queen bedroom overlooking inner yard with full bathroom attached.
Level 1: Laundry with dryer and washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen Smeg dishwasher, range hood, Oven, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Lounge: 65' Samsung smart TV, comfortable sofa and chairs; Dining: large extendable dining table with 6 chairs. Level 2: 1 master ensuite with queen bed, the 3. bedroom with 2 single beds, having a full bathroom next door.
Aircon/heating: split system aircon in all areas including bedrooms.
