Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. "I found this hotel very convenient to the areas of tourism. You can walk to the Walled City and Getsameni if you continue your walk you’ll eventually hit the beach. Very clean and the hotel staff were very polite. "

"It is a very clean place to stay located in a wonderful neighborhood. Not quite located downtown, but is 10 minutes away. I really liked the location. Also, a big part of why the place is so great is because of the people that work there. They were all very kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental in Cartagena. The staff was great and always attentive. The room with an ocean view was absolutely stunning—waking up to that view was unforgettable. The food at the hotel is really good, with plenty of delicious options. A special thanks to Jesús, who works at the restaurant/bar—such a friendly and welcoming guy who made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Cartagena!"
