Extremely painful and tedious, check in if you’re traveling with kids, or anyone under 18 years old. Waterpark was a blast with the kids. Would had been the perfect hotel if it had beach access

Family friendly establishment with pools restaurants and bar on site. Everything is fairly cheap. The food was fantastic and the staff were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend. There are taxis available at lobby for immediate use and the establishment takes security very seriously.

this is my 4th time here at corales, staff are friendly and respectful. breakfast was very good. what i dissatisfied this time was waiting about 45 minutes to check in, room 305 shower doesn't work properly. .and TV doesn't have signal . internet is very slow and sometimes turn off.

The property and amenities were overall nice. Security and police presence due to professional football teams as tenants was a bit intrusive for my comfort. That being said, I did get to meet some footballers and the breakfast was nice and the pools refreshing. Other than the intrusive security, I had a nice time.

Great if you just want a affordable stay.

The place was decent for the price and once i got there i understood why it was so much cheaper than Las Americas, the hotel I usually stay. Positives: price, location close to airport, comfy beds Negatives: does not look like pictures online, pool.area always crowded and very small, complicated beach access, breakfast was horrible

For the price it's a great hotel, clean, good service, good breakfast, the restaurant could have better food options for the day. It is "far" and not that "easy" walk to downtown Cartagena, but it's very close to the airport. Again, all th staff was great, and it was very clean, pool has games for kids, and there is also a kid's area. Right outside there is a 2km nice circuit to run Moving in taxi is very easy and accessible
