Everything was really good.. breakfast and staff were excellent… I did notice when they clean our room our floor was still dirty. They don’t mop floor..😔

A/C needs maintenance because it wasn't working properly at our room. Very clean! The pool and the rooftop need maintenance also, but we still enjoyed them. Service is just excellent. Breakfast was great too! Best location ever!!

The room was very clean, the cleaning staff were very attentive. The pool is the perfect size to cool off after exploring the city. Front desk staff were super attentive and accommodating. The breakfast that I ordered was fantastic. Hotel is walkable to anywhere you would want to see.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Arsenal, very clean rooms. Conveniently located and walking distance to attractions. Most of all the great customer service especially from Juan & Alfons in the reception and Karen in the breakfast service. I felt valued and appreciated. Keep up the great work
