The property is clean and well kept just small. Food is decent for an all inclusive. The hardest and nastiest was breakfast, the eggs were runny, staff service was not good on none of the days. Room service app glitches a lot and they take soooo long. The drinks were terrible the alcohol selection was bottom tier. The bartenders act like the dont see you or hear. One day i sat there for 8 minutes before danelia said anything to me she was wiping counters and glasses pretending to be busy. The worst part of the resort is entertainment and nightlife. They only have a silent disco party available for some nights. Its literally nothing to do. After sunset find something away from the resort you will be bored out of your mind! Lastly i ordered a bath bar for a spa bath they never brought it to me room but they also didnt charge me!

For my first experience and not knowing the native language, the staff and concierge were amazing. They made me feel at home regardless of the language barrier. Cant say enough about the staff at Dreams Karibana, you guys are amazing. I wish i remembered the names. Great job and keep doing what you do.
