Our stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very amazing and accommodating to us when our flights were cancelled and we had to stay another night. The gentleman at the front desk even put us in direct contact with the airline. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Cartagena as it’s also within distance from the Historical Center and Getsemaní!

We have been to Cartagena 6 times in the last 3 years. We found the hotel expensive compared to what we have stayed in before and i think it is geard towards corporate clients that gets a corporate discount. The view from our room was straight in to another building. Breakfast was average. We were there for one week, and the printer in the businesss center did not work the whole week, so we had to ask the receptionist to print. The swimming pool was nice. Staff was excellent.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Manga. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and comfortable my room was. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and daily housekeeping. The hotel’s amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served really good meals. I also enjoyed spending time at the pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and well-maintained. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located in the financial district area which was quiet and we enjoyed walking around Manga. The AC in the room was great. Breakfast was good. I loved the beef soup. The location was approximatel 15 minutes drive to the Walled City which was fine for us as uber was accesible.

The staff made the stay.

A very simple hotel, budget friendly. The building is protected and the staff is always on standby to help you with whatever it is that you need. They are attentive, helpful and the customer service is beyond. Although the hotel is jist a basic a hotel with nothing special, the staff will jave you feel like you are royalty during your stay.

Wonderful stay in Cartagena

The service throughout the hotel was wonderful, starting with checkin and especially staff in restaurant. Everyone was helpful and the hotel was great. My only issue was that the canvas blind in the room did not work and so I could not see outside or welcome the sunshine in to the room.
