This place was perfect, all the staff make you feel very welcome but the restaurant staff are exceptional, Lily, Favian & Christian are the real gems. The food is delicious. I would recommend this place.

This has been the best hotel I have stayed with in Cartegena. The location is so convenient and the staff are amazing. They learn your name and greet you every time you leave and return. They are also very helpful if you need information. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone and with family to stay here. They have great security as well. You always feel safe at their property. And the food is great as well several times we didn’t even leave the property. To me this is a five star property all the way and management are the best! They make you feel like family there.

Everything was good. Especially the customer service. Fabian, Lilibeth and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful. We recommend to have some amenities in the terrace area such as live music or an entertainment nights for customers. The view is amazing but with more activities can be a plus for rainy nights or just guests who decided to stay in the hotel. Just an idea. Overall our vacation was wonderful.
