The quality of service at Casa Lola was impeccable. The staff was always very professional and the room itself was promptly cleaned. The hotel itself was exactly like staying at an art gallery, very picturesque. Don’t get me started on the Restaurant, food and drinks were always first class. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with signature options from various cities in Columbia and American and European option as well. Every amenity outside of this hotel was within walking distance, so nothing ever seemed out of reach. I would recommend this hotel 10 times over for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena.

Casa Lola was great! The staff was so helpful and welcoming with each thing we needed. Each time we left/returned we were welcomed by air conditioning in the lobby. The design of the hotel is incredible and very unique.

Great location, fantastic roof pool area, great welcome drinks. Decor is eclectic, hotel spans two old colonial buildings. Staff was very kind. Cute candies and a poem every night for turn down service.

Our stay at hotel Lola was great the staff is kind and welcoming and the restaurant is delicious. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot of Getsemaní with lots of beautiful streets to walk and lovely at night if you like the night life.

The room was amazing, the overall interior design of the hotel was very unique and beautiful, what a great experience! The staff were all very professional, very helpful and very nice. I loved the food, the breakfast was probably the best breakfast experience I have ever had at a hotel. On a beautiful garden patio with water features, listening to the birds, eating the delicious food, it was truly a magical and romantic experience
