"Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay. "

The host was very communicative and easy to reach, and she graciously offered us a late check-out after a miscommunication about the amenities. "We stayed for our wedding weekend, it was just what we wanted, although the weather wasn’t great for the weekend we still had a great time, watching the rain dance on the lake and nice chilled days in the swimming pool and spa. We have stayed in the Lower Mill Estate before so knew what to expect, and we always love it! "

"We had a really wonderful stay. We were two families and were a bit worried that it was going to feel small for us but it was actually a really good size. The terrace is amazing and we’d love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it. We found lots of lovely things to do nearby and it was great not having to take the car everywhere."

"We enjoyed staying in this house - it was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Marzena, the host, was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. We stayed over Christmas and spent most of the time with family but it was great to return to a warm and comfortable house and to be able to relax.
