"I called a month prior to reserve extended parking was told by a women i didnt need to they dont fill up and ill be fine, got there and was told i cannot as they are full. Plans had to be changed last minute for parking my car which then included ubers i didnt plan on. The hotel itself was okay, bed wasnt very comfy and very small shower. Probably wouldnt stay again. Staff did help switch us to a new room when our original room the tv didnt work but other than that was unhelpful with other issues. "

"This is an older building with a lot of charm. It's not slick or sleek, so if that's what you are looking for, don't stay here. The room was large and well stocked. The bathroom was quite modern. I love it here! It's not a chain hotel with a gym and a pool, keep that in mind. The food was excellent and the service wonderful."

"Large room, fantastic shower, everything we needed for a one night stop before an early morning flight. Shuttle was right on time and only a few min from the airport. Recommend over other options close by."

"Expedia app listed check-in time at 3:00. We arrived at 2:30 from the airport with our 2 kids under 10 after a hassle to park, and I went to the front desk to ask if our room was ready yet. The woman at the front desk frowned at me like I was stupid for even asking, she didn’t even ask for info but told me that it wasn’t ready. I parked a block and a half away near the beach as it was the only spot I could find. I sat in the rental car with my family for 30 minutes until 3 o’clock and ran through the heavy rain to get back to the hotel to check in. When I asked at 3:00, the woman informed me that check-in was not until 4pm. It would have been nice to know 30 minutes prior so I could’ve got my kids a snack and showed her the app said 3:00. I waited for 1.5 more hours in the lobby with the kids and all of our luggage. At 5:30 I finally got checked in, no notification from staff that the room was ready. By the time we were unloaded and got to restaurants there were long waits. Got back to the room at 9 and was exhausted but wanted to use the hot tub while it was open. THE POOL AND HOT TUB HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY, FAILED INSPECTIONS. No one informed me at check-in and we had been promising the kids a pool for months prior to the trip. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life. Breakfast was fine, many cooked things were either burned or undercooked. Room not very clean, water heat doesn’t last, AC shuts off after a short time and rooms were hot. Do not recommend"
