The lobby was swamped, and only one lady at the counter but she was a rockstar. Doing the job of 3 people and making the line go fast. The room was large and nice. Only drawback was the fact that the AC was constantly going and couldn’t turn it off, making it freezing. Also, the driver for the transport was amazing as well. Very friendly, took me early, and just an absolute nice person. The staff at the hotel are the best!

Staff at the hotel was great. Hotel was good. Pool was clean breakfast was good. They charged me twice for my stay and you have to pay to park. We stayed several days and lost a lot of money due to this. Front desk states they can’t help and no response from the email.

The location of this hotel is not the best & the restaurant isn’t much or a restaurant. They say they offer a shuttle to the nearest subway but it’s actually to the airport which you have to pay to exit so you can get to the subway & pay again to get back to the shuttle meeting spot to go back to the hotel!! Am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again but was traveling with my husband for his company’s offsite. The staff were far and away the best part of the stay
