Room was great and quiet. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was free breakfast was kind of lacking and no bar or restaurant in hotel. Especially when the area doesn’t have much in terms of quick meals. Snacks were available for sale in lobby but were pricey. But other than that, my stay was comfortable.

The safe didn’t work. The blinds didn’t work. The room was spacious and clean. The room was noisy until around 1am. People making noise, trains blowing their horns and traffic noise was constant which made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. We appreciated that the location was quiet yet still conveniently close to downtown Boston, making it easy for us to enjoy our tours. Our floor was also peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities were in good working order. Our only minor concerns were that the TV options were limited, with few channels, movies, or streaming apps available. Additionally, the bed was quite firm and not very comfortable for sleeping.

I really appreciate the well-lit, well-designed bathroom. Beautiful shower stall too. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and contained a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. There were plenty of breakfast choices and numerous tables to sit at.
