"Breakfast wasn't the usual Holiday Inn Express breakfast. No waffles, no yogurt on day 3. Housekeeping didn't make our room, had to ask on 3rd day to have it made. Proximity to the T blue line was great. Easy to get to TD gardens or anywheres. Would stay here again for this reason alone"

"I cleaned my own room. I didn't use the gym or pool. I used the laundry- it was complimentary. The only employee who has awesome customer service skills was OSCAR, he usually worked the 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm. I had More than 8 maintenance issues- and Oscar called Maintenance immediately to address it. Also, Housekeeping did not speak English. OSCAR needed to translate to get the items I needed. I even talked in Spanish regarding, and the Head Housekeeper seemed confused. I left written notes EN ESPAÑOL- and I believe they knew did not how to read or write in Spanish, or English. "

"Got there around 6:30. There was no restaurant, the bar has no food and we were told it would be an hour because it was being made in Boston and then brought to the hotel. The TV didn't work. The maintenance guy couldn't fix it. There was no body at the desk for checkout. All around terrible experience and not what I expected from a sheraton."

"The experience is missing I made a reservation with expedia and that according to why they still did not receive the payment from the platform they charged me again for the room, added to that for the attention at reception we had to wait 1 hour for them to give us the key to the room, the receptionists do not know the protocols well and do not know how to solve problems, terrible experience."

"This is my second stay here. The first time was excellent, so I was very happy to be back. The hotel is beautifully redone, and the rooms are very cute and nautical. The jet bathtub is a very nice feature in the bathroom. The problem I had this time was the heat in our room. It would not turn off despite the thermostat being turned to off. It was so hot that we had the window wide open, but this did not help. Considering that check in is a late 4pm, sleeping there is really the bulk of what I'm rating. I tried responding to the hotel's automated text message system that asked how my stay was, but I have not gotten any reply. "
