"Had a good time overall, it was clean, I didn’t get to use the amenities, the staff was helpful, AC was good, the only thing I think was not accurate compared to the description was the noice cancellation cuz you can hear the ambulance in your room, the not so mindful guest slamming the door at anytime late in the night or early morning, I thought about carrying some earplugs and I should, I think that will do it."

"My fav hotel in NYC I have ever stayed. Best view of the Empire State Building from the bed. I was there for 7 days and housekeeping cleaned my room everyday and made my bed (free of charge). Front desk were quick to solve any problems. The only issue were the elevators kept being slower and took forever, other than that I’ll be staying there again when I’m back in NYC soon."
