Welcome to the Magia condominium, in the Paraíso complex in Playa del Carmen. The turquoise sea and white sands are literally a two-minute walk away. It has 2 bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the guest room with two double beds, both also with a view of the patio and private bathroom. Additionally there is a half bath next to the living room.

These condominiums are excellently located, since in addition to being close to the beach they are also less than 1 minute from Fifth Avenue, where you will find various options for dining and shopping. If you like golf, there is a course 2 miles away in the Playacar subdivision, where you can find the Hard Rock golf club. If you enjoy excursions and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.



To reach the condominium, we can offer you transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations and more.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
