"Excellent service from bell men, easy to grab a taxi or get an Uber into town. View is amazing! Pools were great and quiet. Room is large with wonder views from the balcony. Not really a place to party. It’s super quiet. You have to put transportation into your budget for all the taxis. They only have 1 shuttle going down at 11 and coming back up at 6:30 and you must sign up for them beforehand. It’s a long way up so walking is not really an option. This was the only draw back for us. It was very beautiful. They have a coffee and smoothie bar and a wonderful delicious included breakfast! "

"This Hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They welcomed us at the lobby with lemonade as we were checking in. The food was delicious the drinks were great. I loved everything about this Hotel this is the 1st time I give an excellent review to a Hotel. The malecon is nearby walking distance we walked there every night it was so lovely. I highly recommend it."
