"Everything is perfect but my only comment is I’d like to see the rooms upgraded a little bit. A small renovation would make so much difference. But I’m not complaining - this is a great resort."

Couple disappointments - key card system needs to be replaced. Had to get new keys multiple times daily as they would self deactivate. Staff continually advised about keeping key cards away from cell phones but yet we still had issues. Rooms and beds could use updating. There was no staff upstairs at the lounge/bar. This was a huge part of why we booked Casa Susana. The reasoning as to no staff was just silly. We were told because of the day the cartel leader was assisinated. A monrh later still no staff."
