I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, and there were so many great amenities and activities to enjoy. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The food and drinks were also excellent.

We absolutely enjoyed Garza Blanca Sanctuary, since it was opened up just a few months ago everything was perfect. From arrival to our last day leaving. All the rooms suits, spacious with a huge balcony over looking the ocean. Our butler Marco was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Always there to make sure everything was taken care of. Oh the restaurant were all great with good food! We really enjoyed Hiroshi. Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I chose Sanctuary Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. These experiences have given us a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, refined service, exceptional dining, and the small details that make a stay truly memorable. We stayed in the brand-new tower, and the experience was spectacular. Our room was beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. However, the views were undoubtedly the star of the show. Waking up to the Pacific Ocean each morning was breathtaking, and the scenery from our room and throughout the resort was unforgettable. The infinity pool was another highlight. They describe their suites as two bedroom when in reality they’re just two single units with a connecting door. We were a party of five expecting a suite with a common area and that was not provided. In the end we had to pay for an extra room to accommodate everyone comfortably. It’s a shame because the amenities, food and location are nice. But would not return to this hotel due to their dishonest and misleading room descriptions.

The Sanctuary was spectacular. The property is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built for a truly luxurious stay. The staff was highly attentive, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the design felt thoughtful and intentional, elevating the entire experience. The food was exceptional, and the pools were wonderful. I would highly recommend the all-inclusive package, and we will definitely be coming back. Oh, and Lynn was exceptional. Helped so much!

Me hospedé en la torre Sanctuary 3 noches en el mes de Agosto en una corner suite. Quiero empezar con lo bueno y es diciendo que la habitación es excelente, el lujo y confort es otro nivel, la vista hacia el mar es hermosa. Sin duda alguna la torre sanctuary es 5 diamantes, nuestro mayordomo Lynn fue muy atento y amable, larga mayoría del staff nos dejó una muy buena impresión. La comida en su gran mayoría fue deliciosa, aunque esto es dependiendo de la preferencia de cada quien, el restaurante peruano Misika excelente, tiene una vista privilegiada de la puesta del sol, los meseros som conocedores de cada plato que se prepara y te dan muy buenas recomendaciones de que probar, las bebidas son excelentes. Hiroshi para cenar es hermoso, la bbq koreana es una muy buena experiencia. El restaurante Boca dos tiene una muy buena vista del atardecer, aunque en sí el restaurante no tiene nada de especial, de todo lo que comimos sin duda aquí fue lo que menos nos gustó aunque el servicio de meseros es muy bueno. Ahora pasemos a lo no tan bueno, el almuerzo buffet o a la carta en Hiroshi es muy limitado, hay otras opciones pero tampoco hay mucho para escoger, incluso el restaurante Blanca Blue para desayunar no es tan amplio aunque la vista al mar es muy bonita. El bar del lobby solo está abierto de jueves a domingo y si quieres un trago debes buscar en otras torres. El restaurante Elia aun no está abierto aunque en la pagina te da la impresión que si está operando.
