This resort is nice. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach vacation since it is very rocky. The pools are nice as are the restaurants. We had great service during our stay. There are nice pools. Rooms are a great size and very comfy bed.

Overall a very good experience. Good dining options. Jacuzzi very large but otherwise lacking. Not hot enough and too shallow. Hotel does not have a sauna, I guess in a warm climate not too interesting.

I didn’t get an all inclusive, there’s a lot of restaurants 5-10 minutes away, taxi only charged 4-5 dollars each way. There are 100s of really good restaurants in the area, it’s in a prime location.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean but they are very pushy with their time shares. We were going to take a walk down the street and one of the hotel staff was following us and watching us cause she wanted us to hear her presentation and we told her no. The buffet was okay but the other restaurants at the hotel was great!

Rolando and Carlos were awesome! Friendly, and made great drinks. The restaurants that you had to reserve were a little disappointing. All inclusive except for the menu items that had stars next them which was almost the entire menu besides tacos. Food was delicious tho at least. Room was awesome, pools and areas were beautiful. Time share push was a little much sometimes.

Location is good in terms of airport proximity, I am not sure that I would stay here again though due to the load music. I stayed on the 13th floor with a terrace and nightly there was music that I could feel the bass playing with noise cancelling headphones, it was a bit extreme to say the least. There was a night where it played until 1am. My hotel in Vegas was quieter. I am all for music but let’s be reasonable with the hours of the night please. If you find a good deal and don’t care about sleep this place is for you.

Staffs are overall quite helpful & friendly. Check in was quick. Room is spacious but the showet stall door was leaking water when taking shower. Only suggestion is all restaurants should be open to first come first serve. You can't just walk in even the restaurant is very empty.

Property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained with two large pools. Unfortunately, there is not much of a beach but the views of the bay and coast are great.

The resort and service were outstanding. Ausencio and Manuel at Villita's were super attentive and went above and beyond. The entire staff here was amazing! My mother, sister and I enjoyed our time here and highly recommend your stay here. I appreciate no one harassing us about timeshares. That is one thing I can't stand when traveling. Punta Sal had the best food hands down.
