"The place is in the middle of everything restaurants, bars, Oxxo, farmacias a block from the beach. The best part of it is the employees they are welcoming, they care you have a great stay. With the exception of one of them. But it wasn’t bad enough to spoil the stay. Highly recommend it "

"The Delfin hotel was over the top. The staff treated us so well. The room was always kept cleaned beautifully. All staff went above and beyond. The person that stood out the most was the young man that was the bus boy. I am a little hadicapped and walk with sticks, he came to me several times and asked me if I required any assistance. He was a true young gentleman, i apologise for not remembering his name. He would be the numbr one reason I would stay at Hotel Delfin again next trip. This young man should get a promotion and climb up the corporate ladder. The view from my roms was unforgettable looking over the pier right outside my window. 5 stars to everyone!!"

"I was really impressed with the level of service at this hotel. The staff are curtious, professional and abundant. The property is very modern with a cool interior design in the room. The view from the rooftop pool was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. One opportuinty for imporvemtn would be the furniture in the room. All of the chairs were so low that I could not get in and out of them. The hotel was gracious enough to lone us a chair from the restaranunt so that I could enjoy the room. "

"Everything was as expected and more. Only stayed for a night but the room I had a very nice Kitchenette with twin beds which could make for a nice place to stay for an extended period. Close to main tourist section of Vallarta. Internet was fast (100mbps) which could make for a spot to work from as well. "
