"I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish.
Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves.
The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice.
For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone.
TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10"

"The staff is super friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The outside of the property coud use a facelift, however, you are not staying outside. This is probably my 5th time staying at blue chairs and I will definitely stay again. They have adult shows every night on the rooftop patio so you don't have to in town for a drink and a show. The ocean views are to die for!!! For the price and those views its totally worth it!"
