"Habitación amplia ( cogimos la superior), quizá algo generoso si se dice que es un tres estrellas, decoración así como el suelo paredes y baño ( para reformar). Se oye mucho el piso de arriba, pasos de perro. Por lo demás alojamiento en un ambiente muy tranquilo y de montaña. Algo caro diría yo para lo que es, no entra el desayuno por una hb de 92 eur. "

"We love staying in the old town area.pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. the beach just as close. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower. Microwave and fridge freezer. We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm. Throughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be staying at this hotel/ apartment again. "

"Fabulous location, arrived late evening and were checked in by Daniel who was lovely and very welcoming. Room was perfect overlooking the beach, lovely big terrace with sunbeds. Room spotless, cleaned every day, nice fluffy towels and really comfortable bed. Excellent value for money, our second stay and we will return. Give it a try, Highly recommend. Mary C. "

"Great hotel and I hope the problems we had were only teething problems. This is not yet a 5 star hotel. Once it improves its processes, guest service and restaurant experience it will get there. The hotel looks good and is well furnished and quiet except for the traffic noise that is normal for Altea. The spa pool was very good and clean.
