"It was fine nothing special"

"I booked a king bedroom and when I went to check in they said they had to change my room to 2 queens. When I asked why? He said they overbooked king rooms and he didnt apologize or anything, just kept looking down and brushed it off. Maybe a breakfast offer for the hotel or something would of been nice for the inconvenience, but he just kept his head down and I'm not one to complain really."

"We go once a year around same time of the year, service is always great , it rained and it was windy so the fire pits couldn’t go on but still sat outside, we always get a room with the balcony facing the ocean, see you next year. Usually it’s quiet but this year we heard kids running and yelling in the hallway outside our room, in the room next door was a family with small children"

"Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Wasn’t a fan of the lack of staffed front desk and all communication via text. Had issues using the tv and there were long gaps in communication, by the time a solution was offered we were going to bed. The kitchen was well stocked, we didn’t use it during our one night stay, but I’ve never seen such a full kitchen setup in a hotel room, definitely a noteworthy amenity. I would stay again if ever back in Pismo but I hope they work out some of the quirks with the lack of front desk."
