Staff was great- hard working even with many people to handle. The amenities are sparse but reasonable for the price and are as advertised. Close to Dennys, sushi restaurants, markets, shopping, etc. Great value for the price, especially on a holiday weekend.

The employees were very friendly. The inside of the room does need to be upgraded. Curtains were kind of falling off the hangers and the people in the area where a bit sketchy. The sheets and towels were clean though.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is honestly one of the best interactions I had the front desk. Lady was super nice and polite. Gave me extra ice buckets restaurants, liquor, stores, gas stations, very close by I will definitely be coming back

NO air conditioning for the whole motel. Been out of service for over a month. MAINTENANCE Raymond at the front desk is aggressive and loud. Refused to let me in my room stating I had checked out. After the motels mistake in checking me out early. Paid $492. Offered 20% discount. I will Never go there again. This was my go to pismo motel when i have my pets for years. Private owner's should be ashamed

The AC was out in every until and we were not told until we got there, and it was too late to book with any other hotel due to the holiday. Room was filthy. Food was left in the refrigerator from last occupants. Cable on the TV was not working. Dryer was out of service. There was no ICE ready in the ICE machine. Pool was also filthy. I have stayed at this motel multiple times and this was my first bad experience there. Usually clean and convenient. Alot of unsatisfied customers this time. I really love this location and I hope they do better.

I arrived for a late night check-in around midnight. Greeted the front desk attendant with a friendly hello. He rudely asked for my ID and license plate number. His demeanor to me was almost as if I was bothering him. He finished the check-in process and I went to my room. I noticed that the shower was still dirty along with the shower curtains. There was a red residue on the shower curtains, almost like blood. The shower curtains do not keep the water inside the shower so when I was finished with my shower, I stepped out to a puddle of water on the floor. An extra towel too luckily I had an extra towel to soak up all of the water. Location did have convenient parking.

First I must say the front desk staff were very sweet and transparent that the hotel was experiencing an AC outage in all rooms upon check-in. We needed the room so we took the chance of a room without AC since we were 2.5 hours away from home. However, when we reported to our room, there were a few other patrons in the surrounding rooms with their doors open smoking weed. The smell was gross and permeated our room. Yet we were located in an area designated as nonsmoking. The other patrons were loud and obnoxious. There were signs posted everywhere on the property that read Do Not Leave Your Doors Open and Lock Your Doors which led us to believe that the area may have safety issues. The room was too stuffy without AC to keep the door closed but felt very uncomfortable with the door open since people were able to view into our room. The room had a bit of black hair in the bathroom on the towels. The tv connection plate was falling off the wall. The room itself had a musty smell. We stayed for about an hour - long enough to book another hotel in the area and go back to the front desk to request a refund. The front desk staff were very accommodating and apologized for the inferior quality of their room. I would give no stars but the staff do not deserve that.

Horrible experience

First let me say My husband never takes a vacations. He finally took one to go enjoy the beach to have rest and relaxation well first the hotel room that he got it stunk like cigarettes and everything was broken, including the air conditioning He has a hard time breathing as it is then there was no screen on the window so he couldn’t leave the window open to go enjoy his day and get the cigarette smell out Second there was no air conditioning and when he asked to switch rooms, they told him no that none of the air conditioners work they were very rude. I wanted to speak to a manager to get some of my money back to get out of that place and get a better hotel but they were no help This was such a horrible trip and a horrible experience for my husband. This was a gift to him that I gave him. I was so sad and angry when he told me everything and video called me to show me I told him that I would call and asked to speak to a manager, and he said he already did that. They were no help and very rude I’m highly disappointed in motel six I will never stay here nor will I refer or bring my family here. I don’t have pictures to post it right now because I’m at work but when I get off, I’m gonna see if I can edit this. I’m angry as I’m writing this right now. I don’t want you guys to be disappointed so don’t waste your money spend a little bit more and find somewhere nicer.

We paid for non-smoking, entered the room and it smelled horrible. The walls were yellow from the smoke, the bathroom walls were filthy and the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Went to office and requested another room, which we received, second room didn’t smell and was cleaner, bed was horrible, mattress was literally a rollaway on a platform! Motel 6, please don’t leave the light on for my family!
