We LOVED our stay here!! The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. There is a restaraunt on site but was only open Thurs-Sun, so we went on our way out of town. Food was ok/good. We were excitied about the wood-burning fireplace, and were a little disappointed. They give you a bag per night of pressed wood-like material and instructions to burn. However, it's difficult to light, and less than exciting, romantic or warm. Extra cost for any more bags, and no other wood is allowed in fireplace. Overall we had a wonderful time and will be back for sure. Everyone was very nice and helpful for the staff that checked us in and answered any questions.

This is absolutely a beautiful place to stay, they have a breakfast in the morning which was awesome, an area to sit by an outside fire pits, kids play area. Each room had its own wood burning fireplace but the best part are just across the street, you are overlooking the shoreline of the Pacific Ocean through the beautiful cypress trees.

A great hotel for the family including small dogs! With a heated pool, game room, fire pits and yard the hotel has plenty to entertain my teens. The ocean being across the street was wonderful! The rooms were comfy and the staff was so kind. All of this within a 4 minute drive to Cambria, CA and San Simeon, CA.

The room itself was great, and the girl working the front desk was very accommodating. My complaint is regarding the insane amount of noise in the morning. The cleaning staff/ maintenance staff began talking so loud around 6 am it was impossible to sleep. I travel all the time, I have never experienced this, the walls are either paper thin or the staff just doesn’t care about disturbing guests. There was also either construction or some kind of maintenance happening that we were not told about, I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. The morning noise honestly ruined our stay.

Is a beautiful resort, I've stayed at other resorts in Cambria and this is my favorite! Trails to walk on from the resort, path to beach, we had the double Queen room and King with fireplace, both rooms are really nice but the king with fireplace was very nice. We will be back!

Wonderful property for families

This was a lovely place for a trip with our Grandaughters. It reminds me of an old fifties motor lodge. There were fun outdoor games and beautiful gas fire pits. The decor was darling.

Our stay was really nice. The firepits are a great amenity. Our room was spacious and clean. Our only issue is the big island in the parking area. It needs to be lighted at night for people walking in that area.
