"Most remarkable point was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly at reception and others did acknowledge guests. The smaller restaurant served tasty food. Only downside was that the bathroom was a bit 'bijou'."

The services also has electric fast charge points a short walk from reception. Staff that we saw were warm and friendly. "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our initial room had several moths, which was not ideal. We were aware that a wedding was taking place at the hotel; however, the music was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. As we were travelling with four young children, this made the situation particularly challenging. To their credit, the staff handled the situation well and moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which we were grateful for. That said, it was unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a room where the noise levels made it so difficult to rest."

"First impressions at reception and check in were excellent. Room was big and very clean. French doors had gaps and let in cold and noise and boy was it noisy from 3pm to 2am it was non stop, motorbikes, car horns and people shouting and screaming. 6am started again with lorries and dustbins being emptied. Perfect location for all shops and tourist attractions but if you want a good nights sleep forget it."
