"Room was generally clean Tv didnt work. Wifi was almost non-existent. Breakfast was advertised but breakfast room was also non-existent. Sign on door said it was open but was dark and had only tools etc. Someone had left frozen fish in the freezer in the room so it had obviously not been completely cleaned.blowdryer was also supposed to be present so i didn't bring one with me and there was no blowdryer. No one was in the office at 9am to checkout. Parking lot was treacherously icy. "

"Everything was very clean, warm and welcoming. Arrived under snowy conditions and the driveway was well plowed. The cottage layout was perfect for our eight senior ladies getaway. "

"Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner. If it is not resolved soon it may be the last time I book a private accommodation through this channel. "

"A great stay with 8 adults and 8 children. The property is in a very quiet area and well suited for a large gathering. Plenty of room and easy to use and maintain. The pool was a great hit with the kids (and adults). The host was very responsive to a couple of simple queries we had. And there was a maintenance guy who lived across the road who swung by once or twice to check on the pool.We would definitely go there again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious and we liked that we could all dine together around the table. The only problem was that we had to drive to the beach. We thought from the pictures that the water was a minute away. It was, but we had not access to it. The public beach at sand lake was amazing and lovely but it was public and it was not outside the cottage. Hat was the only problem! Otherwise it is a lovely place."
