"Convenient and SAFE parking. Staff was very helpful. 15 minute walk to Yankee Stadium. This is our go to place to stay when coming to NY to watch baseball."

"Strong smell in hallways (cleaning products). Wallpaper is peeling. Could use reno. Great location for events at Lincoln Center. Lobby and entrance get crowded and lines can be long to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"This cute, boutique-style hotel offers a comfy stay in a perfectly located area. We were a short walk to the Beacon Theatre and other attractions, including Central Park. There are plenty of food options and a convenient subway stop close by. Our room was clean and more spacious than it looked from the hall since it was located in a quirky corner. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the attached bakery was a nice perk. I would definitely stay again and recommend the Hotel Belleclaire to friends and family."

"Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay". I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that". Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."
