Family-friendly, huge swimming pool

This property lies on 800 square meters and was thoroughly renovated in 2017; comprising a three bedroom main house, sala and huge swimming pool. The open plan layout is ideal for a large family or group of friends, allowing individual spaces for privacy as well as entertaining.
Large, full-length windows throughout offer good views of the green gardens and pool area. The main living area houses a sleek, modern kitchen, cozy lounge area and a dining room with comfortable granite table. Subtle decor, fans and vaulted ceilings create a light, airy feel.
Delicately hued fabrics complement the laminate wooden flooring and furniture in the simple yet elegant bedrooms. The bathrooms have with the bathtubs and sinks, the use of natural materials and light flooding in from above.
The large garden with private huge swimming pool 12x5x1,4 meters, sala and BBQ, provides something for everyone. A covered sitting area is ideal for relaxing in the shade during the day or entertaining in the evening.
