Very disappointing experience
The hotel size was so small, which u can't feel it from the pics displayed. The receptionist basically just a table and sofa. The swimming was very small. There is not an actually 'beach' attached. The ware and current was to strong, raining every day. The staff cannot understand proper English, very tough to communicate with them. And the way they answered were like giving command . My room air con was not cool, tools us are 1 hrs to Explain to the staff, and finally was my husband to suggest them how to fix the issue. They are stubborn and not flexible. Reluctantly to change room for me. The wash roo. Area abit smelly. Overall the room very congested. I really don't enjoy my stay at all.. the only plus point was the breakfast was acceptable.

Exceptional service and accommodation. Stayed for 6 days in a partial ocean view villa. Accommodation spacious and very clean. All food and drinks were very reasonably priced, good quality. Breakfast was amazing, many options and different choices every day. Pool area overlooking the ocean, relaxing and excellent service by bar staff. Very accommodating no request was an issue. Planning on returning with whole family soon. Highly recommend

Couldn't be happier
Everyone that works there from reception to resturant to gardeners to pool men were excellent,nothing we could not say anything against.Pool very clean,food excellent,better than outside and also cheaper.We were given room by pool after talking to lady at reception which was great.Thanks to all staff making our stay one to remember

The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we has was thay the beach area is very small and is not cleaned. The chairs are mostly around the pool.

Indochina style villas & bungalow, swimming pool is just next to the beach, great view for sunset 🌅 . Easy access to the centre of city by 5 mín drive and other locations. Quiet and clean.

Staff very very nice, beautiful view , pool, room, landscape. My 3 nights stay in Anja is memorable, certainly I will stay there again if come back to Phu Quic 1 day. We had also free pick-up and drop-off in airport, and it was on time!

Great resort and we had amazing time here. Rooms are big, clean with super huge and comfy beds. Breakfast is rich and food is tasty. Swimming pool isn't deep but clear and area around the pool is nice.Staff was friendly but sometimes overattentive :) A few cons for which I am not deducting any score are : - Wi-Fi I'm the room can be graded from extremely poor to absent, but this could be specific to my room only ; - minor reconstruction was done during the day including painting which made it unpleasant to be in the pool area due to smell for 2 days (which I cannot physically stand). Unsure why painting is done in the morning, but this should not be the case in high season

Great Beach location
The hotel is located on the beach and is very comfortable. The staff is polite and does their best to look after you. The spa located next to the hotel is very good and must try. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home.

The Anja Beach resort is aptly named, located so you literally walk out onto the beach. This is a lovely designed hotel with smaller, villa/bungalow style rooms situated amongst well kept lawns and walk ways. Its a relaxed design unlike the overbearing large building block style of hotel like the one next to it. Not the Anja's fault but this hotel next door almost infringes on the atmosphere the Anja creates by having nice, low centreded style properties that allow you to really take in its sea-view location. The staff were all friendly, professional and offered local recommendations and liased with tour operators even at very short notice. Breakfast was good, a decent amount of choice. The room was nicely designed, we had a twin room but they were happy to put the beds together creating a massive double upon arrival for us. Nothing to fault, would like to have stayed a bit longer!

Elegant bungalow. Indoor and outdoor shower. Beautiful tiles. Very comfortable beds and great pillows. Nice breakfast. Clean sandy beach. Water not clear, stopped us Aussies from swimming in it but it didn't seem to worry the Europeans. Pool has ladder access only, so not good for older people. Had dinner here twice and the food was nice. Walked out of hotel and left where there are 3 or 4 restaurants and the food there was fabulous. Can't remember the name but lots of lanterns. Pick up from airport was smooth. Took taxi to night market for 80000 dong about 4ks away. Man came along beach selling fruit at lunch time. Lovely resort. Wifi no problem.

Great Room, Location, and Customer Service
My husband and I chose Anja Resort to do our 5 years anniversary vow renewal with friends. Room: Our group booked 3 different rooms (superior sea view, deluxe sea view,villa). We were all happy with our rooms: clean, spacious, and great view. The room is modern but still has that rustic feeling to it, which we really liked. The only downside is they don't offer ironer. This is inconvenience since it will take them at least 1 hour to return your clothes. Other than that, we loved our room! Location: Anja resort is 10' away by car from the airport and 6' scooter ride away to the main town. The resort does offer free shuttle to and from the airport, which we appreciate. The location is great as it's in between town and airport, so we are tucked away from the noise and busy street, but still close enough to enjoy the night market/seafood restaurant. Foods: We ate breakfast there and it had a great selection to choose from. For lunch and dinner, we adventured out to eat seafood. They do offer lunch and dinner onsite near the pool, our friend said the foods were great. Customer service: everyone was professional and friendly, can be compared to a 5 stars hotel. We had a glitch at our vow renewal and the GM emailed us personally to apologize and offered compensation, which we really appreciate. Other services: they offer free bike rental! or can help you rent a scooter, call a taxi, etc. We will definitely come back for another visit! Keep up the good work Anja Resort!

Mistake or stealing?
Room description is 45 m2, once we saw the room we thought they made mistake and gave us much smaller one. Reception explain to us that actually 45 m2 is including the terrace which belongs to the room but its not private! Therefore room itself is way much smaller... :( After we checked out we realized that we forgot ipad and panthenol spray at the room. Housekeeping was already cleaning the room and said that they didn’t find anything... So we stayed at the beach till evening assuming we probably packed it in big suitcases. We ask reception in the morning, if they find it, to leave it for us on reception, but nothing was found... At the evening we moved to other hotel and once we unpacked, we found out that we must left those things at the hotel. So we called them and asked them but they said no, nothing has been found... We kept pressuring and saying that we are still in near by area and we didn’t left Phu Quoc as they probably hoped... So receptionist said she will checked and we should call back. We called and she told us that they found ipad (no cosmetics) under the bed! and housekeeping has it, so we can come and pick it up next morning. We couldn’t locate ipad anymore so we decide to pick it up immediately, not waiting till morning and we found out the reason why to come not that evening but morning. Housekeeper took it home! So we had to wait till she will bring it, obviously ipad was already off. So .... mistake or stealing?

Mycket bra resort
Bra service. Bra och snabb städning. God, fräsch frukost med många alternativ. Hjälpsam personal. Bra pool och ligger precis vid havet. Vi hyrde scooter via hotellet, 150k VND/d (standard pris) smidigt och enkelt. I bungalowen fanns dusch, badkar och utedusch. Uteduschen behövde dock besök av en trädgårdsmästare. Negativt är all plast på ön som även märks i havet utanför.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Service Personal ist mit allem beschäftigt nur nicht mit den Hotel Gästen. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist unterirdisch, trotz täglichen Housekeeping weder im Bad noch unter dem Bett sauber. Gläser vom Willkommens Getränk bleiben drei Tage im Zimmer stehen. Happy Hours könnte erweitert werden, Angebot im Hotel zu verweilen nicht vorhanden, da laden die Straßen Bars und Restaurants zu mehr Flair und "Herzlichem Willkommen" ein.

Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. Как и в прошлый раз всё на высшем уровне. Один из лучших отелей на этом острове. Отличный пляж, ухоженная территория, дружелюбный персонал, прекрасная кухня. Здесь просто приятно находиться.

スタッフはフレンドリーで部屋も清潔。快適に滞在できました。旅行前に色々な質問やリクエストをメールした時もすぐに返事を頂けたり、飛行機の遅延で到着が１日遅れたのですが、乗継地でその旨をメールで送ったら直ぐに返信を貰えて安心できました。

They should improve their cleaning staff routine, to have staff climbing over your balcony railing serveral times a day to shortcut the steps up and down to the next neighboring room is not nice since the front is fully glass which makes the room feel very non private. However still a good maintained resort with a nice garden and pool, the beach is another issue as it is disappearing into the ocean just in front of the hotel, perhaps it will be remedied in the future as the nearby hotels have a good stretch of sand in front of their hotel. The breakfast is very food with assorted stuff both hot and cold, asian and western.

ロケーション良し、綺麗過ごしやすい　フレンドリーなスタッフ
のんびりとしたホテルで過ごしやすかったです。ホテル種辺も静かです。プライベートビーチがあるので快適に過ごせました。ホテル周辺には、ミニスーパー、レストラン、バーなどあるので、徒歩で行くことができました。ナイトマーケットまでタクシーで10分くらいでした。欠点といえば、シャワーブースのドアに隙間あるため、水が外に流れ出て、シャワーーを浴びると水漏れしていることでしょうか。

プライベートプールヴィラに泊まりましたが、3星レベルです。wifiも繋がらないし、朝食もつまらなく、エッグセレクトのオムレツは、今まで行ったどこのホテルよりも最低です。 ジェットバスが付いていますが、お湯も水になるし出も悪いしで1時間以上はかかります。 部屋もイライラするくらいライトが暗いです。 クリーニングもあんなに雑なのは初めてです。 子供は添い寝だと料金はいらないとメールでやりとりしたはずが、行ってからしっかりとられました。 レイトチェックアウト分もほぼ100%取られます。 まともだったのはプールサイドとバーくらいでした。 フーコック島は2度目ですが、シェルズホテルの方が良かったです。
