STR-2025-005422 House Rules By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all house rules listed here, on our listing, and in our rental agreement.
1.Rental Agreement Upon booking, depending on your booking platform, you will receive a mandatory rental agreement/ check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
2. Leasing Office Please do not enter or contact the leasing office under any circumstances. This is a private residence, and there is no public front desk. If you need anything, reach out to us directly and we will contact the property office on your behalf.
2. Smoke-Free Community This is a strictly smoke/drug -free property. No smoking, drug use or use of fire is prohibited anywhere on the premises—including inside the unit, patios, or outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana, and other illegal substances.`Use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
3. No Parties / Quiet Hours Parties, events, loud gatherings, and high-volume music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Be considerate of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in immediate cancellation without refund, where allowed.
4. Registered Guests Only All guests must be registered on the reservation. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
5. No 3rd-Party Bookings The individual who books the reservation must be the one staying in the unit. Third party bookings are not permitted.
6. Pets Pets are allowed case-by-case and must be approved before arrival. No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds Pets must be:Fully house-trained, Non-aggressive, Never left unattended unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. The extra cleaning fee per animal. Pet Fees (per pet): 1–7 nights: $25/day, 7+ nights: $200, 28+ nights: $300
7. Amenities Amenity spaces (pool, grill, etc.) are managed by the apartment complex. They may be closed, maintained, or restricted at any time. You are welcome to use them, but we are not responsible or financially liable for any closures or changes, as they are owned by a third party.
8. Pool Area Safety No glass containers near or at the pool. Plastic cups are provided for your convenience. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Liability Guests assume all risks associated with occupancy and use of the property and amenities. Wanderluxe Property Group is not responsible for injuries or loss of personal belongings sustained during your stay.
10. Cleanliness & Trash Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition, similar to how you found it. Excessive mess beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee. Please report any cleaning concerns within the first two hours of arrival so we can address them.
11. Check-In Standard check-in: 4 PM. Early check-in must be requested at booking and is subject to availability. Arriving early without approval means you must wait until 4 PM. Early Check-in= $30/hr subject to availability
12. Check-Out Standard check-out: 10 AM. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours in advance. Check-out means the unit and parking space are fully vacated with all belongings removed. Unauthorized late check-outs over 15 minutes = fee equal to the nightly rate. Late Checkout= $30/hr subject to availability
13. Inventory & Damages All items in the home are inventoried. Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or broken items. If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can address it appropriately.
14. Parking Only park in the location specified in your check-in instructions. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at your expense.
15. Mail & Packages Mail and packages cannot be sent to the property’s mailbox or leasing office. You may: Use a nearby FedEx/UPS location or Amazon Locker. We cannot retrieve or assist with mail delivery.
16. Security Camera/ Noise monitor There is one security camera facing the exterior entry door. And one noise meter in the living room. Do not block, tamper with, or disconnect devices.
17. Drain Care Please do not wash hair down the drains. Dispose of hair in the trash to prevent clogs.
