We were in town because of a family emergency and the staff and hotel were excellent. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. The value for the price if great and the staff were helpful and accommodating. My mother is hard of hearing and the staff was helpful, patient and kind with our evolving needs. The location is great next to food and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of close parking and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved having water 24/7 in the lobby. Workout room is the largest I have seen at a hotel. Spacious rooms so I could workout in the mornings to my YouTube channels. The iron and ironing board came in handy for my events. Best part close to Grand Canyon University.

The front lobby, patio area and pool area looked amazing. Room was good. The side entryways and the hallways could use some updating. The hotel is very conveniently located next to a shopping center with restaurants, grocery stores, gym and more. Would stay there again.

Located near many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice workout room, ice water in lobby, ice machine near lobby, and many comfortable chairs in lobby. Liked having a bathtub/ shower. Parking is free with your permit, given at checkout. You need to ask for room cleaning. Breakfast items and Starbucks available for a fee. Enjoyed my stay.

This is a dog friendly hotel, keep that in mind when booking. The carpet is dated and stained. Room seemed clean when checked in. Water would go hot in the shower randomly. Noticed blood stain on sheet that did not come from anyone in our room.

Stayed at the Sonesta just needing a quick overnight hotel. I can’t speak to the amenities, however the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious and clean with everything we needed, and the location was easy to find and conveniently located. Will definitely be back.

Outside of not being able to reach the front desk through the properties phone number (if you get connected to reservations they can transfer you, do NOT let them tell you to call back and press 0. IT DOES NOT WORK). The ladies at the front desk were exceptional, I probably bothered them rebuild night for something and they were all very gracious and kind in assisting me. Especially Elizabeth, who donated one of her own personal phone chargers to me at midnight one night when I forgot mine and my phone was dead. Great are with many restaurant and shops to go to. Would come back to this place. Also, GREAT water pressure.
