"the team is doing a great job supporting guests under recently changed ownership! I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

In fact, there were only pleasant surprises (a basket with a good selection of snacks, wireless chargers, appliances all in good working order, nice bedding, and plenty of TV streaming options - with your own credentials mind you). While we were visiting family nearby, this location is also very convenient to grocery stores, major roads, and restaurants (primarily fast food). "
